By accessing or using the Reveal Lending website, voice assistant, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continuing to use the Services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Reveal Lending operates a business funding marketplace that connects small business owners with third-party lenders and funding partners. We are not a lender, bank, or financial advisor. We do not make lending decisions, set interest rates, or issue loans directly.

You must be at least eighteen years old and authorized to act on behalf of any business you represent. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage, disable, or interfere with the site or its security features.

The voice assistant, “Riley,” is provided for general information and guidance only. Riley can explain funding options and help you decide whether to apply, but she cannot provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

Submitting information through the site does not guarantee approval for funding. All applications are subject to review by independent lending partners. Final approval amounts, rates, terms, fees, and conditions are determined solely by the lender you choose to work with.

Any funding offer or link you receive is between you and the lender. Reveal Lending is not responsible for lender decisions, loan documents, servicing, collections, or disputes that may arise between you and a lender.

We do not guarantee that you will qualify for funding, that you will receive a specific rate or amount, or that any particular lender will approve your application. Examples shown on the site, including typical rates, ranges, and timelines, are for illustration only and do not represent an offer or commitment.

Reveal Lending does not charge business owners a fee for using the marketplace or for matching with lenders. Lenders may charge their own fees, which will be disclosed in their application documents and agreements. Always review a lender's terms before accepting an offer.

The content, branding, software, and design of the Services are owned by Reveal Lending or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reveal Lending disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reveal Lending and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reveal Lending and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, including lender application pages, and may display advertisements through partners such as Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Your interactions with advertisers and lenders are governed by their respective policies.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these terms or applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
